"Beautiful third floor apartment with comfortable accommodations and a cozy feel. Super clean and well appointed property with lots of thought put into the guest experience. Little things like having Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash available in the shower and a pantry stocked with tea and sweeteners as well as coffee make all the difference.The walk to Essex Street in the center of town is a little over a mile so it’s close enough to things that you don’t have to drive or uber a lot if you don’t mind a nice walk. Things to note in advance of your stay - The stairs at the house are very steep. The porch stairs, stairs to the second and third floor would pose a potential problem for anyone with mobility issues or anyone whose health makes difficult to climb multiple flights of stairs back to back or carry luggage up and down stairs. The shower is beautifully built and has a rotating handle that turns it on and off which also controls the temperature. To get the water nice and hot you have to turn it well past the red dots on the dial typically associated with hot water. Not super unusual for showers that have handles/dials but tricky enough that my friend couldn’t figure out how to get the water hot for her shower the first night because she was afraid to turn the dial past the red dots. We had a good laugh about it the next morning when I showed her that it worked just fine. There are several small doors throughout the apartment. Some are locked, one opens into the at"

"This was my first time at an ocean front property. This experience has set the bar so high. The convenience of the location, the bathroom, the patio, the kitchen, and the fireplace were all phenomenal. The host was also exceptional with response timeliness and the care she took her space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone."
