The room was in the check in area, they could hear you & you can hear them, and the people in the room next door, very weird setup, & not next to the ocean as it appears on there Instagram profile.
The Hotel was quite cute, wasn't sure what to expect. Surprisingly quiet. Very close to Salem and short drive to other coastal areas. Would definitely stay again.
We loved the "boutique feel" it was very personable and cozy. We had a King with Patio on the first floor and it was perfect for us. Although we arrived late the check in process was smooth. Breakfast was delicious and included parfaits with fresh fruit, assortment of bread, and cereal.
This hotel was even better than I thought it would be. It's extremely clean, a warm environment and the property itself is very beautiful and historical. Not a single negative thing to say. Food options are close and the drive to Salem takes 10ish minutes. Great stay. Loved it.
Check in was very smooth after hours with instructions that were texted to me before I thought to request them. The lobby is very clean and inviting, offering a few little spots to relax that are not your room. I love the wood floors. Room one is right off the lobby area and the absence of rugs or mats did mean that some sound and a little bit of light travelled easily into the room at night and at breakfast time. The other guests were not loud so it wasn’t really an issue. The views outside show a number of places to congregate in the yard if weather allows. I like this place and would stay here again!
We had an amazing time here can’t wait to come back this will be my go to location and will tell everyone how fantastic anyone was. Let’s not forget about the breakfast! Some of the best chocolate chip bread I’ve ever had!!
Thank you so much for making our anniversary a one I’ll never forget!
Debbie (the manager that happened to check us in) was amazing. She's really short, im really tall haha we were both amazed. But the hotel was really cool. Breakfast was just a quick snack, no extra frills . Lived it, would definitely stay there again
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved the the entire property.

Fun Victorian style, most of the staff great. However the morning person was 20 minutes late setting out breakfast and a bit grumpy. The room was cute, great deep tub, comfortable bed, but the fold out couch horrid with only a 2" thick mattress so the kids were miserable.
