"Lovely Victorian hotel. Lovely lobby area - and great location right next to Hyde park. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was quite small - but that is typical throughout london at this price point. I will stay here again!!!"

"This hotel was brilliant. The staff were helpful, and everything was very clean. The area was brilliant - 2 metro stations were less than 5 minutes walk away, lots of food places to get around the hotel, and 2 grocery shops right next to it. The rooms were small but lovely, soundproof and clean, the bathroom was great. Only slight downside was that our double bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together, which made it slightly uncomfortable. But other than that - absolutely brilliant stay! Thank you!"
