"I was very surprised upon check in to be charged €150 by the staff as a “security fee” when this wasn’t listed on the Expedia check in information. I challenged this at check in and was told it was a requirement of getting the room, even though I had paid in full I advance. The €150 was taken directly from my card (not a holding fee). Upon check out I was informed this was a mistake and the amount should have only been held. This impacted my stay as I had less funds available during the holiday...

I was three floors up and I can hear everything from the street even with the windows closed. I could also hear people speaking very clearly from the hallway outside my room. "
