"I really liked my stay but the pictures are the tiniest bit misleading. Not to say my room didn't look like the pictures but I didn't know how small the hotel was. I do enjoy small and quiet so it worked wonderfully for me. If that might make you uncomfortable than this isn't for you. It's local and the staff are wonderful."

"Lovely hotel, with a great location in a nice area. Lots of public transport options around. Lots of restaurants, pharmacies. Walkable area as well. The staff was so kind!! Great service! Will definitely come back to this hotel! "

"This is a nicely up kept building,a few steps from Gare St. Lazare. Cute, quite neighborhood with a bakery next door. The staff really make this place special. They're friendly, helpful and kind. My wife and I have stayed here the last two visits to Paris and we're likely to stay again."

"The room felt a bit cramped for three people, and only one bottle of body and hair gel was provided for the shower. However, we absolutely loved the staff, especially those at the reception desk. They were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. On the first night, we arrived quite late, and my daughter wanted to eat instant noodles. "Very clean, nice and friendly staff they allowed us to check in early. The only negative was the breakfast that was very sparse and disappointing for a 4 star European hotel. The choices were limited and the staff was bringing the food a few items at a time. Never a full buffet. Never seen that before. Otherwise a great experience. We are coming back. "

A great hotel in the middle of the action!

"My Check was not as welcoming as I expected but a gentleman by the name of Armory who also worked at the front desk stepped in and made the entire process SUPER. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room available but Armory was able to check me in and make arrangements for me to be transferred to a fully accessible room the following day. My bags were brought to the room by bellman Sukuman and he could not have been nicer. Luc and Mohammad also bellmen were friendly and provided recommendations on how to get the full enjoyment from my Paris holiday. The food was amazing the price was very reasonable and the service Ugo provided was exceptional. The room I was transferred to was amazing. A spacious wheelchair accessible room with hard wood floors (no carpet) and a giant roll in shower/w shower bench. Room service also left me a box of delicious chocolate treats. A clean room, friendly staff, great food all in the middle of the action on the Champs Elysees... Super! "
