"This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock. "

"Stayed April 26th to the 29th. Great, friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was exceptionally good - great selection at the buffet - well worth the price! Great location - cabs always available at the front door and Uber pick up well within 2 minutes. Good restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and right in the heart of the shopping area! Would definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Paris!"
