"Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need...

"I stayed at Joanne Perla one-bedroom for a federal court trial. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with, and quickly addressed any concerns. The building itself is lovely and feature-laden. Neighborhood remains a bit dodgy, but the Perla is across the street from the Grand Central Market and close to other downtown landmarks and restaurants. I strongly recommend. "

He enjoyed his 2 month stay taking advantage of the awesome facilities in the building. It was just a short walk to the building where he was working which was super convenient.
