The only 2 complaints is that they want you to return your key EVERYTIME you leave the hotel for "security" purposes but dont explain what those purposes are or what prompted it to be that way and the other MAJOR complaint is that cleaning service are IMMENSELY rude. When you put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door it is as if they see it and then ignore it. They did it not once,...
