"Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. Excellent location. The only issue was the restaurant which was extremely loud and not ideal for our group. The library bar was closed and not accessible to our group unfortunately. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor we eventually left without an offer of deserts or coffees . "

Was a mix up at check in when guest from the previous night was still in the apartment as he'd got a late check, but reception quickly allocated us another room on a higher floor. Room was well equipped, with large bed, cooking facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and a comfy settee. Supplied The White Company Noir shampoo and shower gel, no conditioner so bring your own. Rainshower wasnt very powerful. TV also kept going off saying no signal which...

"Great hotel. Not quite 5 star service but still enjoyable. Our room was cold and we needed an extra heating source to make it just that bit more bearable. The bathroom did not have any heating and was very cold. "

"Pleasant stay close to Manchester airport for 2 nights before flying home to Australia. Handy for dropping off hire in Cheadle. Freezing cold weather so didn’t get chance to see the surrounding park land. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Found us a ground floor room as we had a lot of luggage and we didn’t fancy carrying it up to the second floor. They did offer to assist but changing rooms was more sensible."
