Disappointing with such limited use of spa facilities, which we couldnt use due to the timing of our evening meal, amd breakfast. Overall a lovely hotel though, would stay again but be a little more savvy with planning to maximise the stay. "We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!"

We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail.
