I believe the price of the amenities at the facility were higher than needed to be, but the hotel provides an adequate shuttle (Grab available too) if you’d prefer to go offsite. "First of all embracing the amazing jungle view from the river front villa is amazing, also the room is huge and the breakfast is among the best in Bali island. Amy and Sugara are quite professional and they were able to meet all our requirements in a timely fashion. I found laundry service fee kind of expensive but it would not matter considering all the positive aspects. Its a quite hotel close to ubud market area and other attractions.
