"We really enjoyed our stay from the morning yoga and the freshly made breakfast, to the wild monkeys that visited in the trees outside our room. The staff was very accommodating and took great care of us. The location was a bit away from town but just enough. "This place is so remote and peaceful! The bungalow we had had an outdoor shower and bathroom and it was a little bit hard to get adjusted to the nature sounds at night time! If you want to remove yourself from civilization and be the one with oneself and nature, this is the place. I liked that they did not have Tv in the room or internet Wi-Fi (only at the restaurant). "We had a worst experience of staying in this so called villa in Bali. We are lucky that we had planned only one night stay there. It was so smelly, uncleaned,disgusting bathroom and without any privacy and basic facility. We haven't expected much in AUD 40/night but that is even higher rate for this kind of facility.Be careful, Guys!"

"Family run motel with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful private pool. Supplied breakfast was very nice. Staff was extremely helpful in organising activities. Our driver was very insightful and provided us with lots of knowledge of local customs. Would definitely recommend Uma Padi for a relaxing stay in Bali. "

"If you’re looking for some peace and calm, this is the place to be. Surrounded by rice paddocks and a sweet community of village life, Kayangan offers tranquility from the usual hustle and bustle of our modern lives. Commute to downtown Ubud is 20 mins via scooter. You will need taxi service that can be arranged by the villa alternatively you can use Grab or Gojek which i did for commuting. The staff are amazing at the villa and accommodate your needs. They even have massage services that come to your villa for extra perks! Highly recommended if you wish to escape to the country side and love your afternoon walks. "
