"I stayed two nights at the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide in late January, and overall, my experience was mostly positive. The location is fantastic, right at the top of Rundle Mall, and a short walk or free tram ride to Adelaide Central Market. The Luxury King Room was comfortable with a lovely bed and a great bath. I stayed on a high floor in a quiet corner, keeping street noise to a minimum. I did hear frequent door slamming and other noise from within the hotel which may just be the heritage...

"Wonderful staff in all areas. Polite, very efficient and friendly. Location of the Hilton is the best. Accessibility to various transport modes shopping, dining and entertainment are all within walking distances. Loved my stay. Highly recommended to all. "

"The room was fantastic and great location. The initial check in seemed a little chaotic and there was no mention of my request to upgrade (replying to hotel email!) but otherwise pleasant staff. On checking out staff member said my valet cost was $60 when the staff on checking in said $45 - $45 its about reasonable for Adelaide $60 a bit steep i would have thought"
