"We had a wonderful stay, celebrating another part of our honeymoon as well as my birthday. From start to finish, the experience was truly special. The weather was windier than expected, so we had to wrap up on the beach, but the hotel provided a cozy cover. The food was fantastic, especially in the adults-only restaurants. Enjoying sparkling wine at breakfast while taking in the beautiful view was a highlight for us. Our in-room jacuzzi was an absolute delight— we used it almost every day, watching the world passing by! It was such a relaxing way to unwind after exploring. We felt very safe throughout our stay, as security checked guests at the entry, which was reassuring. The Thai massage at the spa was incredible—definitely worth experiencing. Getting taxis to and from the airport was easy, though it’s a good idea to have some cash on hand just in case. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and always helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated how coffee, drinks, and snacks were replenished regularly. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’d love to return!"

"So far as the hotel is concerned I do not have a single complaint about. The rooms and public areas were clean and well tended, the gardens are a delight. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and bent over backwards to provide excellent service. A special shout out to Romel in Yades - though there were many others whose names I did not get; he served us every breakfast and lunch. We also had massages in the Spa which were excellent. The only area of concern was in respect of the beauty salon, we were offered and accepted on my part 2 x facials and 2 x manicure my partner also had a 2 x pedicure. He was reasonably happy with his pedicure, but the manicure and facial fell well short of what I would expect. Facial - no cleanse at start just 3 consecutive masks; each wiped off which a damp sponge not properly cleansed and lastly a lick of moisturiser whole time 23 minutes- usual time one hour, Manicure no finger soak no hand massage, poor filing of the nails used a sawing motions when it should be one way rough and hurried treatment of cuticle, but worst of all the clippers etc were not sterilised between customers. Total time 17 minutes usual time one hour. As the deal included two I went back to see if that had been a bad day - but know just even quicker and new clear nail polish was applied over old instead of removing it. I doubt any of the staff are professionally trained."

"We have visited this hotel a few times, we ended up checking out a couple of days early as we both had sickness and upset stomach the whole time we was there just as we thought it was getting better every time we would eat something we were running for the toilet to be sick or need the toilet, the food is the same everyday, the eggs are raw was at breakfast, sun beds on the beach was a big issue not enough of them, we was having to get up at 6:30am to get a bed, drinks was in very small paper cups, the mini bar on visit before has been refilled everyday and on this stay was filled up once every 7 days. Be warned they do not accept Egyptian pounds anywhere in the hotel it’s USD or Euros they want. To sum the hotel up me and my family will not be returning and are looking for alternative hotels on the island. "
