To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window. "No posee ascensor, con lo que no conviene ir con equipaje pesado. La gente que atiende es muy amable. La zona no es de la mejor. Paralelamente estuve en una época donde estaban arreglando la calle con lo que en lugar de vista al río, tenía vista a los obradores. Estas cosas se deven avisar de antemano como me ha ocurrido en otros hoteles, luego dependerá de mí si voy o no. Los utensilios de cocina son muy escasos."
