We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort...

"I really liked this property. I know there are lots of bad reviews on here but I don’t think it’s as bad as people are saying. Yes it has a lot of empty spaces but I already expected it by reading everyone’s reviews. The room we had was a sea view and it was nice and clean. The washrooms were nice and not smelly at all. I LOVED their Korean Sauna spa and they have a huge gym. Our room was very clean and most of the staff was really nice. We ate at the Korean restaurant 2 nights and both times...
