"The reception folks went above and beyond. They were amazing. The bed was very uncomfortable. There isn’t many actual restaurants in walking area so we went to the hotel restaurant but boy menu is very limited. Room was great but location wasn’t ideal"

"Updated hotel near the dragon bridge and Han market with elevator. Rooms are small with an awkward bathrooom with no separate door but a glass toilet door and shower door. Lack of sound proofing as you could hear people talking next door and music feom 2 floors up. No real place to put clothes but a wardrobe to hang. Had a nice little balcony view. "

"We had the green garden apartment on the 15th floor. Everything was as advertised. The bed was a little hard for me. For a 5 star hotel, I think it could have been a much higher quality softer mattress.The buffet breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of options. The staff was very nice and always courteous and always smiling. Dining in the restaurant was very good. I will stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again to the staff at the M Hotel."

"The breakfast was excellent each morning. I stayed five days and they would vary the menu each day, taking about four days to repeat All of the staff did an excellent job, they were vary professional. I had an ocean facing suite and it's layout was awesome."
