"Vinci Villa truly went above and beyond to make our short stay unforgettable. From coordinating transportation to providing us with excellent nearby recommendations, the team was always available to help in any way possible. The level of service and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was stunning and the perfect romantic getaway for my fiancée and me. "Je recommande vivement Sena Home. Khánh Lê est très gentil et très serviable. Nous avons pu déposer nos valises avant l’heure d’arrivée et Khánh Lê nous a contacté dès que la chambre était libre. Rien à dire sur la propreté. Très proche du centre et à quelques minutes de la place avec en prime une belle vue sur le pont du dragon."

"The photos shown online are not tally with the physical room. Upon check in, one of my room is not available as the existing guests didn't check out. It's really ruin my day. Ceiling at the bathroom is so disgusting. It's not recommended to stay here. "

"This is a fantastic, modern home. The staff are so lovely and welcome you in to make it feel like your own home. The room was spotless and fresh, with a brand new bathroom and incredible shower, you didn't want to leave the place! Located around 20 minutes walk from the old town, but they offer free use of bikes which we used daily. I would recommend to anyone going to visit Hoi An to stay at this place"

"We arrived and the host was not present. The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. AC was not functioning properly it was very cold and could not adjust temperature, windows did not close properly, the 1bdrm (Rm303) bathroom had no shower curtain or door so when you’re showering the...

"I would be surprised to find a better value for your money in Hoi An. My room was immense, with everything I needed. And they always made sure to clean. Manage your expectations, this is a Homestay, not a hotel. So it's got a very cool family vibe to it. The hosts were incredibly helpful, transparent, proactive, on top of their stuff, and overall just great people! I would definitely stay there again. "

"1) Eateries, stores, Son Tra and My Khe are within walking distance. 2) The pool can use a little filtering to keep water clear every other day or so. It is refreshing to be able to use it in warm weather, though."
