I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, all taking time to speak to us and made to feel special. Rooms are spacious and have a luxury feel, and offers good value for money."

"Lovely concept however couple of disappointing factors where that our heating was not working and the room was cold however they gave us a couple of portable heaters! Some of the furnishings where worst for ware, velvet was coming away. We was in room 9 and there was alot of outside noise and about 5am someone smashed glasses outside our room then could hear it being cleaned up then righjt behind our room must have been building work and could hear a drill about 8am and van doors slamming and...
