"Apartment itself is comfortable, well decorated and maintained. The showerhead is a bit lime scale effected, but this is a hard water region and is common in hotels etc in the city. Really comfortable bed. Once received, the instructions for entry were clear. if you haven't received 24 hours before, it's worth reaching out to them via email. A telephone call to Brazil is quite expensive it turns out!"

There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Apartment clean and nice"

"The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent."

"A last minute change was required due to a maintenance problem at the apartment originally booked. A nearby alternative equal to the original was provided at no extra charge. 20 minute bus to center of Oxford. "
