"An unbelievable hotel in a declining area of downtown. San Diego like most California ities is on the decline. I grew up here and remember the days of Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp Quarter and its really declined unfortunately. The hotel is fabulous though. "

The room was quite a trek we were put in the last room which felt like a mile hike from the lounge and front desk. I liked the privacy tho and the view out of the balcony. "A quiet and beautiful way to enjoy the DEL without the crowds! The entire area is members only. You aren’t sharing spaces with thousands, but also in close proximity to all the resort has to offer. Loved it!"
