"I wasn’t allowed to check in my first night. NYE. I tried calling and nobody was available which is understandable on NYE but the room was supposed to be self check in and I was never sent the access codes. "

"I had a short but great stay. The bed, including the pillows and sheets, were SO comfortable! I stayed on the East side but did not have any issues with the freeway noise. Light does get in around the curtains so maybe not the spot for those who need total darkness, but otherwise would definitely recommend. It was also nice to be close to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc."

"The hotel was beautiful. No complaints except the the breaker around the bed kept popping. They were very responsive and brought up maintenance and an electrician but after 4 hours it popped again. They were never able to fully resolve this during our 3 night stay but they did try. "
