"Room are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is not at the hotel and it’s has very less options and taste normal. Some of the staffs is very nice and helpful but some were not. Good location and value to recommend."

When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. "We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!"
