"The Imperial is a unique institution, almost a destination rather than a hotel. It is beautiful and its superb art and artifact collection sets it apart from any other hotel we have ever experienced. The staff and concierge are extremely attentive and all our requests were met promptly and with great care. If I have one minor complaint, it is about service in the dining room (1911), which tends to be a little unsystematic though very attentive when someone is actually looking. "

"AWESOME hotel! My friend and I felt like we were first class on the Titanic with how gorgeous the Claridges hotel was. The staff is incredibly helpful, the beds were super comfortable and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. We enjoyed escaping the busy city in the evening by staying in this part of town. It felt like the Beverly Hills of New Delhi. We ate at the hotel a lot including room service and everything was wonderful. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else if I visit Delhi again. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel- it was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. "

"High end hotel in the heart of Delhi. Multiple restaurants and bars on site, amenities, etc. Pool was a bit cold in January, but it was open along with the large deck to get some sun on your face. Great service all around! "
