"Everything was disappointing about this stay, good job it was so cheap. Staff were unhelpful and felt like they were trying to scam me from the second I got there (after a ten hour journey to get to India it’s the last thing you need) and they were generally very unhelpful. The whole place is falling apart with disgusting toilets and cockroaches crawling round. You don’t even get a key for your dorm room and the doors don’t even shut - leaving you to wonder who is in your room at night. Avoid...

" My Family visited the hotel on 27/11 but the hospitality by the staff was very bad and they had to leave the hotel immediately and had to search for another hotel. The surrounding of the hotel is also bad not a good place for a family. "Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"The service was okay and bed were okay otherwise there was lot to improve upon in the hotel. The chair provided was very dirty and had white spots of dirt over it. The washroom was very small and the ceiling had fungus grown over it which was covered with a glossy paper. The space was very less for a room and washroom.
