Taj Mahal, New Delhi, is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city's center—clean, quiet, and walkable. We stayed on a higher floor, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful city view. Arriving from Varanasi, we spent just one night at the hotel. As we had an early flight to Seattle the next day, we couldn’t experience all its amenities, such as breakfast. However, based on our stay, we believe the hotel deserves a rating beyond five stars.

The Taj Mahal Hotel is the ultimate luxury experience when visiting New Delhi. It is situated at a very convenient location with short walk or cab ride to popular tourist sights (e.g. India Gate, Humanyun's Tomb) and shopping venues (e.g. Khan Market, CP, South Extension). The rooms are very comfortable with all the expected amenities from a top hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. We ate at Machan and Varq, which were both great. We will be back.

Service was excellent. The attention to detail was exceptional. The art work and interior detail in the lobby area was great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend as it’s also centrally located to all the sites. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Delhi.
