"We had a delightful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating and did everything to make our stay pleasant and convenient. They made or confirmed dinner reservations, comped us with some well-appreciated niceties and even helped me print out our boarding passes. They gave excellent directions to places and to public transportation (including providing complimentary transit passes--in hard copy). We cannot recommend this property enough!"

We rented bikes and the only way we got back in was because someone was leaving t the time. The room was fine, comfortable bed, excellent bath tub. Wish it had a microwave but everything else was there. "The service in main restaurant was challenging for breakfast. Waiting 30 min for a tea or anyone to take our order was not great, the coffee came out in 5 min. There were also events in the hotel which caused restrictions- I think we probably should have been told ahead of time."

Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires.
