"10 old friends reunion. Blown away by the view! Great pool, though late September made the water refreshing. Great spaces inside and out for leisurely shared meals. (Did I mention the view? We all did a lot of cooking! Easy to walk down into town to the baker (croissants!) or little supermarket. (Or cafes) Hills around there great for walking , and lots of ware activities on the lake. "We had a wonderful stay at Franck's house during the days before and after New Years eve. The house was cosy, warm and we could use raclette machines they provided in advance. The rooms are very spacious! And the communication with the host was fast, friendly and complete. Many thanks!"

"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. "Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year."

"Currently being renovated (not shown in the info online), so restaurant closed. They brought breakfast to our rooms. There was a strange smell when I entered my room - it either went or I got used to it as I did not smell it after the first day. "
