"The Ibis Budget at the Geneva Airport is a very basic hotel. I had a room with two single beds. The mattress was okay but the bedding was uncomfortable. The flat sheet on the bottom was loose and kept coming off the mattress. There was no pad on the mattress so not the most hygenic experience. There is just one plastic chair to sit on. The shower was okay. The breakfast was nice but the coffee came out of a machine and tasted more like "gas-station" coffee. The outlets are Swiss and therefore...

"Dirty dirty dirty beds. Stains, lots of hair (that wasn’t ours) dead bugs and cigarette holes in the duvet. Dirty room, tv remote didn’t work, front desk staff were tolerable but not very polite. Very meh hotel. But Annecy is beautiful! Not bad If you’re not spending much time in the room."

"The property is managed by the Novotel reception and I would give these folks 10 stars out of five if I could. Special shout out to receptionist Luba who emitted positive energy and always wore a pleasant smile and made me feel super comfortable whatever I was asking for. Thank you Luba and all."
