"Great hotel with fabulous views of Carcassone Castle. Great sized room with bath and shower complementary robe slippers and mini bar. Excellent buffet breakfast. 4pm checkin is later than most hotels Great pool use however steam room etc is part of spa at an additional cost of 45 euros per hour. Overall great location for Christmas markets and castle 🏰 would highly recommend "

"The hotel is inside the walled city, right next to the basilica. As no car is allowed to drive to the castle, the hotel offers a free shuttle to pick/drop you to the parking lot where you get in/off the taxi. The hotel has a lot of history but the condition itself needs some maintenance. The view from the hotel is unbeatable and the staff are super friendly. Overall is a very nice stay. Remember to book a taxi before arrival "

Simply perfect hotel, from the decoration to the space in the bedrooms, to the professional and welcoming staff, always there to help and assist you during your stay. The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. Make sure to book a wine tasting with the Sommeliere, and also for dinner at the restaurant for a unique moment around food and wine. "

"Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Lovely view of the castle, good breakfast. The only thing was floor lamp didn’t work, we mentioned it at the reception but never been fixed while we stayed 4 nights. Otherwise all good! "
