"Absolutely no complaints! I’m a solo traveler, so the smaller room wasn’t an issue. Bath is a full bathroom. Very clean, incredibly quiet, and staff was great. Location is excellent being right next to Paddington Station so anywhere in London is reachable in about 20 minutes. Plenty of food options nearby. Really can’t be beat for the price!!"

"Stayed at the Townhouse a few times. Only thing I would ask for is coat hooks in the room. Nowhere to hang a coat as you come into the room and the wardrobe is a hassle. J"

"It is hard to start a review of the Montcalm without highlighting the location in the West End. As someone with a mobility impairment, it was a delight to be steps away from so many theaters (including those hosting Hadestown, Oliver, Fawlty Towers, and Les Miserables). On top of that, there are numerous affordable and tasty restaurants close by, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Brazilian, Japanese, steakhouses, and other ethnic cuisines.
