"Beautiful hotel located in a fantastic area of Lisbon. Arrived at the hotel the first day of our 14-day Portugal trip, and immediately was greeted by an extremely nice front desk staff who quickly checked us in. The room was very clean with plenty of space, and clearly they have soundproofing the rooms as we heard no noise at night and slept great. "Beautiful old building. Good secure parking. Suffered a loss of electricity overnight and for most of the morning making use of the bathroom extremely difficult. Thank goodness we had our own torches. "

"Beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant and free breakfast. The location is very good,you can walk pretty much everywhere,and the rooms are spacious and very comfora. Only negative is the lack of sound-proofing,it’s very easy to hear people in the gall and neighbouring rooms. Nota huge problem,but for the absolute first class accomodations and amenities,the relatively noisy room was a bit of a distraction."
