"Best service and location. Executive lounge food is fair compared to other hotels in the same level in the same city. Best view of the room and the room was newly renovated."

"We stayed here because it's close to Chimelong, which we spent 2 days at. It was clean, facilities nice, rooms were orderly, the restaurants and food were great. The only thing that could use improvement were the beds. It was like sleeping on a trampoline. Simply moving my arm would cause shockwaves that my wife would feel from the other side of the bed. But because sleep is very important in a hotel, I can only give 4 stars, otherwise I would give 5."

"It’s nice to be back to Sheraton again! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Club lounge room offers free drinks and food in the evening and breakfast. Level 2 buffet breakfast offers traditional Cantonese and international gourmets. We stay here every year and are never disappointed Rooms, services, food, club, staff and location in Tian He Guang Zhou . Everything at your door Metro direct from airport 40 minutes and take D exit then it’s the hotel."

"Checking in was sooo bad . I arrived at Grand Hyatt at 4pm n expected an instant check in but lo n behold , there was no room avail yet. There was no explanation either. Worse they could not even confirm when the room would be ready n also refused to upgrade me to another room .. I was told to return later n without any time frame . It took me 1/2 hour of badging them to get a room at 4.45pm. Looks like Grand Hyatt overbooked their rooms n made regular room clients suffer for it.,"
