"Two nights during a six night vaycay around beautiful Cyprus. Make front desk staff were a bit off. Similarly with the restaurant managers. Female restaurant staff member deserves praises for being kind and attentive. Hotel was very quiet and standard room has a very large comfortable bed. But looks out onto storage / garbage area. They put us on the 4th fooor so it wasn’t a big problem. But given how quiet the hotel was with very few other guests, it would have been a nice touch to impress us...

"The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy. The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus. The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package. "

"Despite the (limited) sea view, our suite and external seating area had no direct sun which was disappointing. The spa was disappointing with the Thalasso journey given a quick overview and then left on our own. One of the treatments taken was not really as described. Food at the buffet was fine at breakfast time, but in the evening was a bit of a scrum with food often lukewarm and reheated after pre-cooking. Check-in was quick and simple but basic, with no welcome after a long journey."

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the food was excellent for onsite buffet and restaurants and the hotel itself is in excellent condition. The only minor challenge was the pool was pretty cold but then again we were there in November. Other than that, a fantastic place to take a holiday. "

"It was amazing stay in this hotel! Room modern, classy, sea view, spacious balcony, spa, just perfect. Kitchen was really delicious, staff very friendly. Definitely recomended. Price in main season must be really higher"
