" I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Addison Beach Resort in Cyprus, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food at the resort was another highlight. Each meal offered a wonderful selection of dishes, all beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay that I believe needs addressing. The hallway leading to the garden rooms, which are marketed as their VIP accommodations, was quite dirty. The flooring was stained and in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. This was surprising given the otherwise high standards of the resort, especially for rooms that are considered premium. On a positive note, I requested a late checkout and, although my original room was booked for another guest, the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing us with a new room at no extra charge. "The Leonardo was a great value for the money and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a day in Larnaca while in transit at the end of a long trip, and after a day of airports and planes it was a real treat to land in such a clean, tastefully appointed, serene hotel. Super comfortable bed and and excellent hot shower--I didn't want to leave! The little balcony off the room was a fun bonus. I needed to work during my stay so paid the add-on cost of the business lounge, which is small but tasteful as well with a good supply of snacks and drinks available throughout the day--and again, a quiet oasis during a hectic trip. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff for making it a lovely stay."
