Amazing, friendly staff, who were very attentive. Hotel clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in good location, with short walk to the Holy Church of St Lazarus, restaurants, shops and local beach.

The Leonardo was a great value for the money and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a day in Larnaca while in transit at the end of a long trip, and after a day of airports and planes it was a real treat to land in such a clean, tastefully appointed, serene hotel. Super comfortable bed and and excellent hot shower--I didn't want to leave! The little balcony off the room was a fun bonus. I needed to work during my stay so paid the add-on cost of the business lounge, which is small but tasteful as well with a good supply of snacks and drinks available throughout the day--and again, a quiet oasis during a hectic trip. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff for making it a lovely stay.

Falls short on details
The hotel is fine overall but falls short in several areas. For example: - Only central heating with no functioning ventilation, resulting in an unbearably hot and oxygen-deprived room, making it necessary to sleep with the balcony door open. - A musty smell in the bathroom. - Only decaf coffee was available. - There was only one towel for two people on the first day - They failed to provide the bottle of wine as complementary promised by hotels.com.
