i stay often in this hotel and its wonderful. In winter time (this time i stayed) it has some problems with heating, it was cold and i had to ask for a blanket. The AC was not working properly and it was noisy

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant location of ayia napa. Perfect for the beach one way and the bars the other way. Very clean hotel and would definitely come back to stay.

The property is clean . 5min walk to the harbor. Godd breakfast. Helpful staff. We had a high floor sea view which was great. Regarding the booking we were booking the hotel the 4 stars one but once we are paying it shigtef to the nelia garden .so we had to stick this at that time because our arrival time was at night and the hotel nelia is closed apparently.

I arrived at 3am but the friendly polite guy on reception had everything ready. I did ask for a ground floor in advance due to disability but i was put on 1st floor but there was a lift.

Τhe hotel is a nice place with large rooms near to everything. Near to the sea near to restaurants museums clubs....The only thing they have to work on it its the cleaning. You need to ask for soap or shampoo and sometimes rooms are not cleaned properly...I send them a letter complaining but they didnt have the politeness to reply...anyway if they solve their problem with clean rooms it could become a nice place

Et absolut fint lille hotel. Med super service/rengøring og god morgenmad. Flot stort værelse og altan. Rigtig god beliggenhed - tæt på alt. Ayia Napa er delvist lukket ned i december, men der fortsat ture. Og de lokale busser ligger lige om hjørnet. Roligt og hyggeligt hotel om vinteren og jeg tænker fuld fart og larm om hele sommeren.

Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück hat viele Optionen, der Kaffee hat sich deutlich verbessert. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zu Bars, Restaurants usw. und ist dennoch recht ruhig. Der Pool ist etwas klein aber in der Nebensaison hats gereicht. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen, zumindest in der Nebensaison. Wir waren Anfang März da und hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Immer über 20 Grad und sonnig, abends allerdings recht kühl.
