The restaurant staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing cars, tuk tuks and any other forms of transportation you needed. "The main downside is that the traffic outside prevents walking into the old city or night market. This is a major disadvantage. Also many of the day trips outside the city will not pickup at the hotel. The staff of the hotel were wonderful"
