"This hostel was a fun place with a small swimming pool and gym. In Chiang Mai, it was impossible to find the public transportations. The hostel manager was arranging the shared ride schedules for the guests who might be interested in to sign for the places they want to visit. The hostel bed was comfortable and the manager was kind and informative. "

"I am appalled!!! We walked into the 2 rooms we booked and the bathroom floor and the inside of the fridge were covered in black mold! My son is very allergic! When we told the desk staff (only person there) about how dirty the rooms were he said he would switch it for a cost. We left the hotel and stayed somewhere else.Hotel.com said I couldn’t get a refund, even though the pictures on your site for this hotel are False! This is false advertising and I want my money back!
