"This hostel was a fun place with a small swimming pool and gym. In Chiang Mai, it was impossible to find the public transportations. The hostel manager was arranging the shared ride schedules for the guests who might be interested in to sign for the places they want to visit. The hostel bed was comfortable and the manager was kind and informative. "

"The common areas and bathrooms were very clean, and there was a locker right next to the bed where you could use a lock. While it wasn't in a super central area, it was very quiet and walking distance to a lot of stuff which was convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are okay with a hostel."

Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. "I found this place to be amazing ! Had my own bedroom with a/c shared bathroom for 11$ can a night! The staff here are incredibly helpful and will do everything to make you stay the best they can ,from giving directions or helping book a bus ticket .common areas and washrooms are cleaned daily . "This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and welcoming and organise walking tours of Chiang Mai on occasion to bring people together. The dining area and other outdoor areas are great for hanging out in and meeting the other travellers. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. The breakfast is simple but excellent and the kitchen appliances and utensils are available for cooking and storage of food. The hostel also has a great location."

"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...
