"Beautiful relaxed vibe, cool location. Not a resort, but better I think. Loved the restaurant right on the beach where you can dine with your toes in the sand. Beach has a fair amount of shade from pine trees. Nice location close to a walking/biking trail and a touristy shopping plaza. Also not very far from a ton of other restaurants and shops just up the road. The Wailua river is extremely close. The only one thing I did not like was that the room looked right onto the pool on the ground floor...

"Didn’t like I couldn’t get in until 4:00 pm and didn’t tell me I had to pay $25.00 until leaving when I could have park on the other side of lot. Other then that all good."

"Service was excellent and speedy. Rooms were spotless. Any concern was addressed and everything done to make it a great experience. Lots of very nice walking paths, beach nearby but not on property. Pool was shallow, decor generic and couch uncomfortable. Great price for 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend staying there. "

"Super friendly, helpful staff, immediate positive response to any issue. The property itself and our room was wonderful. It was perfect for us. The downside was nightly noise from roadwork going on all night during weekdays. Some room renovations going on below us was on the noisy side as well.
