"A lovely hotel in a beautiful location, great view of the bridge from the window. Lost a star due to a very young baby in the room right next door, crying all night. Not helped by the adjoining room door reducing any sound proofing. I was a little concerned that I could see right in to the neighbouring rooms as I was placed right in the corner, with no net curtains, I had to have the curtains closed for privacy. I appreciated that having needed a refrigerator for my medical supplies, your concierge service and security were able to coordinate my insulin being chilled until check in was sorted.
