"My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The 2 bed room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including 2 bath rooms. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, right above the area where the entertainment staff performed. It was a bit loud, but we...

"My only gripe is that the drink situation in the buffet area. You have to find a server to get you a Pepsi. They have drink machines but keep them covered. Why? The food is self-service."

Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). "The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities."
