"The service in main restaurant was challenging for breakfast. Waiting 30 min for a tea or anyone to take our order was not great, the coffee came out in 5 min. There were also events in the hotel which caused restrictions- I think we probably should have been told ahead of time."

Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. "We went in June, unfortunately the window views from the breakfast area were blocked as they were renovating. But if you eat at the rooftop restaurant it is amazing view overlooking the lake area. The room we chose was a bigger room with separate bedroom and one added bed in the sitting area for our family of three. It was spacious enough to relax.
