"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. "The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."
