"Front doorman was lovely; girl at front desk not so much. Hotel is in convenient location, walkable to waterfront, old town and train station across street. Family room was wonderful, with 2 bathrooms to allow more access and our corner suite was very nice and spacious. Highly recommend "

"We stayed for a week and found the location to be really convenient as we didn’t have a car and were walking or using trains and buses. Hotel is really close to a nice CooP in the underground shopping mall which was handy for snacks etc. Didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel as it was quite expensive. Our welcome was good and no issues with our room which was very quiet on the 5th floor. One thing to note if travelling from another country is to check your travel adapter works in Switzerland. It isn’t the same as other European cities. "
