While I stay at many Four Seasons locations this one has the most amazing customer care, so much attention to detail surrounded my caring staff. Louis at the Concierge is the best at his job and makes the most impossible request possible."

"Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work! "

"Had an amazing stay here with my wife. Staff was very courteous and helped us with our needs. In a phenomenal location! This was our first time in Paris and we enjoyed how centrally located it was, we walked everywhere. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. "

"I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped in here. They even brought us vegan bakes and a cake for my husbands birthday, knowing we are vegan. They just thought of everything, every little detail was incredible. I got food poisoning towards the end of our stay (not from the hotel) and they were so accommodating and let us check out late and have a few extra hours to sleep and rest before our train home. Honestly I don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else...

"The best experience in Paris! Very friendly and attentive staff, lots of attention to cute details. Very beautiful, clean hotel in a good area. We absolutely loved the stay. I believe his name was Ari (gentleman with a mustache who looked like Alfred Sommier :)) was sooooo nice and made us feel like home! Thank you!!!"
