"The hotel’s architecture is stunning and adds so much character to the experience. The location is unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful enough to unwind. The highlight, however, was the fabulous spa facilities available to all guests. Relaxing, luxurious, and immaculately maintained—it was a true retreat. "Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not...
