"The property is in a good central location and is very nice in the public areas such as the lobby and restaurant. Unfortunately the rooms are getting very tired and dated and need a freshen up for sure. All the staff we came across were nice and friendly and helpful. The one thing i would recommend changing is with your breakfast package, you need to include 1 free barista coffee per person per breakfast, the automatic coffee machine puts out terrible coffee!"

"Overall it is a good hotel. However in my opinion is only a good option only if you don't have a car. Parking at the Oval Stadium could be a challenge as leaving the car at the Valet Parking then requesting staff to bring the car could take time, so no room for emergencies to leavy within minutes. Breakfast was included in my reservation, but it was quite average getting 2 scrambled eggs that looked like porridge, very watery. "Property has been totally renovated in an Art Nouveau/Deco style with the finishes across the entire hotel of a very high standard. The rooms are very well appointed and the public areas - bar, lounges, dining areas - finished in a sophisticated manner reminiscent of high end hotels you would find in London and Paris.
