"Excellent service and great facilities "

"Really nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. The breakfast buffet has a really good spread and you can just stuff yourself and go on the day tours. The area is nice and walkable distance to the Viaduct harbor. Many good places to eat. The Grill, the in house restaurant was booked so we couldn’t eat there but we ordered room service and it was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Have stayed at The Grand previously but first time to have breakfast at the Terrace. Food selection is good but layout can be improved. People bumping into each other going from one station to another and their tables. Al fresco seating preferable over indoor (lights dim and can get noisy during busy hours). Overall stay was still pleasant. Dined at Metita and it was amazing! "

"We stayed in the double queen room. Arrived late 2.30am due to delayed flight times. We were able to sleep in and check out at 12.00pm. Very comfortable bedding and room definitely 5 star. I really love how this hotel has toilet separate to the bathroom. Pillows are premium definitely would return again when we do a lay over flight with our 2 kids. "
